1. What We Are (And What We're Not)

SellYourSoul.ai is a marketplace where people buy and sell "souls" — which, let's be crystal clear, are AI assistant prompts, configurations, and personas. We're talking about code, not actual immortal essences.

We are:

• A platform connecting buyers and sellers
• A place to discover and share AI prompts
• Based in the United Kingdom

We are NOT:

• The seller of the souls you purchase
• Responsible for the quality of souls
• Involved in actual soul trading (obviously)
• A payment processor or financial institution

2. How Our Marketplace Works

For Sellers

• You create listings for your AI prompts ("souls")
• You handle your own payments and checkout process
• You're responsible for delivering what you promise
• You keep the revenue (we don't take a cut)

For Buyers

• You browse and discover souls on our platform
• You purchase directly from sellers using their checkout
• You accept souls "as-is" with no guarantees from us
• Refunds and support are between you and the seller

3. Account Requirements

You must be 18 years or older to use SellYourSoul.ai. No exceptions, even if you're selling your soul ironically.

4. What You Can and Cannot Do

Allowed:

• Create accounts and listings
• Buy and sell AI prompts and configurations
• Share your creations with the community
• Use our platform for legitimate marketplace activities

Prohibited:

• Selling anything illegal, harmful, or malicious
• Copyright infringement or intellectual property theft
• Harassment, spam, or abusive behavior
• Creating fake accounts or misleading listings
• Anything that would violate UK law or international regulations
• Actual soul trading (just to be absolutely clear)

5. Content and Licensing

When you create a listing, you grant SellYourSoul.ai a non-exclusive license to:

• Display your content on our platform
• Use it for marketing and promotional purposes
• Make technical copies for site functionality

You retain ownership of your content, but you're responsible for ensuring you have the right to sell it.

6. Disputes and Refunds

Important: We are a marketplace, not a mediator.

• Disputes are between buyers and sellers
• Refund policies are set by individual sellers
• We don't process payments or handle refunds
• We may terminate accounts that generate excessive complaints

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these terms
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Create legal or safety risks
• Are inactive for extended periods

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SellYourSoul.ai and its operators shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Issues arising from third-party sellers or buyers
• Any amount exceeding £100 in aggregate

This doesn't affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

10. Changes to Terms
